Overnight Coconut Chia Oats
A creamy, delicious, healthy start to the day which you can top with any of your favourite toppings to suit your own taste.

Ingredients
3 cups Oats
1 cup chia seeds
5 cups water
125g coconut powder
ΒΌ cup shredded coconut
2 Tbs maple syrup
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge over-night. In the morning, dollop portions into a bowl and mix with berries, pear, shredded apple or your favourite fruits.
Tip: You can use coconut milk for this recipe - just replace the water and powder.
